fold — wrap each input line to fit in specified width
Examples (TL;DR)

Wrap each line to default width (80 characters):
fold file
-
Wrap each line to width "30":
fold -w30 file

Wrap each line to width "5" and break the line at spaces (puts each space separated word in a new line, words with length > 5 are wrapped):
fold -w5 -s file
Synopsis
fold [OPTION]... [FILE]...
Description
Wrap input lines in each FILE, writing to standard output.
With no FILE, or when FILE is -, read standard input.
Mandatory arguments to long options are mandatory for short options too.
- -b, --bytes
count bytes rather than columns
- -c, --characters
count characters rather than columns
- -s, --spaces
break at spaces
- -w, --width=WIDTH
use WIDTH columns instead of 80
- --help
display this help and exit
- --version
output version information and exit
